GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "GOLDEN TICKET" COMPETITION

Article 1 - Organization

The "Golden Ticket" competition is organized by Someone Loves You, from November 28, 2025 to December 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Paris time).

Article 2 - Conditions of participation

To participate in the draw:

  • Place an order for an amount minimum of €50 on the website someone-lovesyou.com

  • The order must be validated and paid between November 28, 2025 at 00:00 and December 1, 2025 at 23:59

  • Each validated order = 1 automatic entry into the draw

  • Participation is reserved for adults residing in metropolitan France.

Article 3 - Endowment

The winner will win a Wonderbox "Romantic Getaway for Two" or a Wonderbox voucher of equivalent value in the romantic getaway theme.

Estimated value: approximately €80-100

The prize cannot be exchanged for a sum of money or any other product.

Article 4 - Threshold of participants

The competition will only take place if there are at least 80 participants. (80 validated orders of more than €50) are recorded during the competition period.

If this threshold is not reached, the competition will be cancelled and participants will be notified by email. No compensation will be due.

Article 5 - Designation of the winner

  • The draw will take place on December 3, 2025

  • The winner will be contacted by email within 48 hours

  • If there is no response within 7 days, a new draw will be held.

Article 6 - Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
